We’ve partnered with 4beans Coffee Co, a Southern Brazilian coffee roasters to present a mature roast in the form of Castanha Coffee, a roast that will have day to day drinkers feeling like a local in "Southern Brazil”

Those that experienced our previous release are in for a treat with our latest drop of Castanha Coffee. This special variety of coffee is made when the bark is removed and the matured coffee is divided from the green coffee before drying, creating a balanced and flavorful roast. This process is also known as “Peeled Cherry”.

This specialty roast delivering nutty and almond flavor notes will be your go to on a daily basis, for not only the coffee connoisseurs but for the average Joe drinkers as well.

Each collaboration with 4beans Coffee furthers our story at eightonethree, connecting each client with our South American roots.

 CASTANHA will be served at wevegancafe ONLY on 10.22.22 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
